No map for running activity

i did a run activity. I see all data in the app. Bit there is no map of the route that i run. My friend has a map. What do i wrong? Any settings?

I have the same problem, no map on recent cycling activities in garmin connect, former activities I still see the map, iPad is on iOS 10, latest version.
on my iPhone I have iOS 11 , here I do see the maps.
so I am guessing it's a compatibility problem with iOS 10, hope to see this sorted out real soon, thx
