FR235 dropped out this morning, after nearly 3 days I think of being connected... I did connect this morning to my BLE bathroom scales (wow technology!), so perhaps there is a conflict between either iOS sharing BLE channels or the Garmin app not working the way iOS is requesting...
I also use a BT scale as well as BT earbuds but have never had a problem with my iPhone dropping connection with any of my Garmin watches so I don't think the scale was the problem.
Hi R_Tellis, yes confirmed it’s not the BT scale, as this morning I noticed my watch had disconnected overnight... My sync reports show last sync was at 9:15pm. Restarting the watch again repairs the connection. Watch was within range the entire time.
I dont have disconnect issues but I have lots of connect issues. Very often when starting a ride I can't connect to either my Fenix 3 or Edge 1000. Sometimes after killing the Garmin Connect, disabling bluetooth, shutting off the gps units etc etc it might start in the correct way so I can use livetrack and notifications etc. Before iOS 11 it worked quite ok.
