Garmin Conncet not syncing with Apple Health

I am currently running the latest versions of Garmin Connect as well as iOS 11. When I first purchased my Fenix 5x and went through the initial setup and pairing everything seemed to be working fine however it has since stopped working. I have tried reinstalling GC, repairing the watch and even doing a restore on my iPhone 7+ and still nothing.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
