Open outside GCM!

Am I the only one experiencing this issue?

I uninstalled GCM and reinstall it, and the same behaviour is nagging me which does not allow me to make any changes on any IQ apps through mobile.

Did you solve this? I’ve just experienced the same issue and can’t update the settings anymore!

Eddie Andrews - This happened to me this morning as well, I cant connect via bluetooth either. Have reset the phone and the watch but nothing works?

Try now as of March 3rd.
I wasn't able to pair until this morning.
Garmin Connect Mobile seems to have suffered a service outage...

This is currently being worked on as a known issue within GCM on iOS and certain language variants. I have no knowledge of the fix time but it is being worked on. The work around is to use Garmin Express to do what GCM on iOS cannot (currently) do.

I agree totally with ColinSainsbury.......I contacted Garmin last week with this very issue and it's in the hands of their "techs". Yes, express is the workaround albeit no where near as convenient.

I hope this is fixed soon. I agree with 84xj100: Express is a workaround but not convenient at all.

My phone language is English (AU).

The other workaround is to set your phone’s region to United States. You can leave the language as-is and change the 24-hour time format and temperature units back to their previous settings.

There are so many threads about this. I find it kind of sad that Garmin isn’t doing anything to communicate this workaround so that everyone can take advantage of it. I guess it’s the standard procedure of not trying to draw too much attention to a problem in the hopes that most people won’t notice.

Fix now available in the App Store! Confirmed it works :)
