Unable to Send new/edited workout to device

Since today’s update (05 December), I am unable to send created/edited workouts to the device (Fenix 3). It shows no devices connected, and shows Fenix 3 As “Not Compatible” on Send To screen

Everything else works fine, syncing workouts, notifications, etc...

Hoping for a fix for this soon!

Same here for me--Garmin 520 and 920xt with iPhone 8+. Worked fine until a couple of weeks ago, now nothing is compatible. Any kind of update or even acknowledgement would be appreciated.

Same issue here with FR920XT and Edge 520 on iPhone 7: "not compatible device". Issues started two weeks ago after some update.
Very annoying not to be able to use the most important feature of creating custom workouts!
  • Same detail. I can send Running, Cycling, Swimming, and Custom workouts to my Tactix Bravo, but can’t send Strength or Cardio workouts without using the Training Calendar work-around; still doesn’t display correctly on my device, showing only the word “Go” and not the actual exercise name, regardless of how far through the workout you go. I had originally assumed it just varied on which device you had, but now I’m not so sure. Why show the option to send or do these workouts if they can’t function properly?

I think someone may have already noted this but a better workaround than the calendar for everyone experiencing this bug is that if you have a PC or Mac you can use just install Garmin Express and sync workouts using the USB cable. This works just fine and also seems to handle the workouts better (i.e. swim workouts I sent from the mobile app when it was working didn't handle drills properly but when I tried using Garmin Express ti worked fine). This might fix the issue with the strength and cardio workouts as well. Hopefully the mobile app will be fixed soon but this does work to get around that for now.

Same issue (IOS 11.2.1) and Fenix3/Edge 520 both connected over Bluetooth but Garmin Mobile says "No Connected Devices" and has both listed as "Not Compatible."
  • Same issue here! Tried my 735XT and 935 with Iphone X and Iphone SE (IOS 11.2.1).

Same here FR235 trying to send WO via iPhone app, have been pulling my hair out. Even resorted to resetting FR235as a last ditch attempt, this didn't work. I have not attempted with Edge 820. Garmin please sort this out as I don't always carry my charge cable with me while travelling for short periods.
