I have been using my Edge 510 with an iphone6 for a couple of years with no issue. I’ve recently had to do a factory reset in order to install Blackberry UEM client (it’s a work phone), since then I can pair the phone with the 510 but it won’t connect with the app (the usual message comes up that Connect wants to communicate with the 510 but then never shows up as a connected device).
Only thing I can see in the Blackberry UEM software is something in ‘settings, device management, restrictions’ that says ‘Establishing untrusted TLS connections not allowed’. Is it possible that the 510 is trying to use a TLS connection?
Thanks in advance for any help provided, seriously considering selling at the moment and upgrading to something that uploads by WiFi.
Action already taken, phone restarted, app removed and reinstalled, device and phone both forgotten and re-paired, 510 has latest software update (downloaded after failed attempts to connect).
