Same problem. iPhone 5, iOS 10.3.3, Garmin Connect 4.1.4.2. For old activities map is showing, but activities created by any new version of Garmin Connect showing without map.
Same problem in Germany on iPhone 4s since 10 days. Can't see own maps and also no maps from others. Old maps are shown and regular Webportal on my PC also works fine and sows all maps. Should be a problem of this App, deleting and new installation does not help.
Same problem this only occurs on IOS devices running older software than IOS 10.3.3. unfortunately older IOS devices cannot accept later software so unless Garmin can find a fix maps will not show!!!
Not sure if the last post is correct I have an iPad mini running IOS 9.3.5 and IPhone 5 with IOS 10.3.3. The map showed up on Garmin Connect on both devices when I first synced up my Vivofit HR 3 and did so for well over a month before disapearing in the past couple of weeks. The maps appears ok on my laptop running Microsoft Windows 10. There also appears to be a problem with the timeline data when picking a day from the calendar. There is a display stating this data will appear when I sync my watch, which has already been synced. Somthing has changed with the Garmin Connect Software.
No solution to this or anything from support? My Vivoactive HR has been doing just fine all year then suddenly today, no map showing on post-run data. Device said it had found GPS pre-run.
Same here, except I using Andriod instead of IOS. Verified that GPS is ok before the run. But after running, map details is not available. Tried the power cycle reset (suggest in other thread), work once but not anymore.
