My D2 Charlie was always tracking my sleep but all of a sudden it’s not syncing it since last Thursday. Was there a change in the update of the app or watch software that stopped this? I’ve tried closing the Connect App, turning off my phone, turning off the watch. Nothings working. Maybe putting the option to start sleep on the watch like the D2 Bravo has would be beneficial.
I’m having the same issues but it’s been ongoing for weeks. Some weeks have no sleep data and some only have a few nights. I wear it every day and night, and it’s tight to my wrist. The app, phone, and vivosmart smart hr have been re but to no avail.
