Weather Report Unavailable - EDGE 510

Weather reports have seem to have given up the ghost on my EDGE 510. Just get a message saying Weather Report Unavailable with an exclamation mark on the weather logo.
Have unpaired and repaired to my phone but the problem persists and the phone has connectivity available (WiFi or 4G).

Garmin Connect App v4.1.2.1
EDGE 510 v2.50.0.0
iPhone 5 on iOS 10.3.3

Dumb question... are your Edge 510 and your iPhone connected through Bluetooth?
Whenever I have that problem on my 820 or fenix3 all I do it turn on the GC app and make sure they are connected... and then the weather app displays information again.

Have now replaced the iPhone for an iPhone SE and it's all working again.
