Still 24h Delay Syncing Steps to iOS Health

I am still experiencing a 24h delay before steps data is synced to iOS Health. Is everybody in the same boat with this or is it worth to once again de- and reinstalling everything?

I also am finding a 24hr delay on steps from my VivoActive HR->GC->Apple Health

VivoActive HR - 4.30
Garmin Connect - 4.1.5.1
iOS - 11.2.5
