Unable to set alarm via Garmin Connect for OS

We appreciate the discussion. Not being able to use GCM to create alarms on the Forerunner 935 is something that is being investigated.

We are not requesting a feature. We are reporting a problem with GCM v4.1.2.1. Fenix 5X alarm clock settings cannot be updated via GCM, only via the GC website. It's annoying enough that the GCM settings override changes made on the watch. Now having to go to the GC website to make changes is another BS step in setting a simple wake up alarm. Please rectify this!

GC website won't allow me update the alarm as well. Maybe I should have brought a different watch !

Since the last update to the iOS Connect App, Alarms don’t work anymore (Garmin Fenix 5x). I can set them in the App, but as soon as I navigate back, the settings are lost. Apparently the App does not save the alarms before navigating back to the Watch settings. Setting the Alarm on the Web and syncing afterwards still works. So I think it must be a bug in the App.

I am having the same problem, Alarms do not get synced to the watch.

I am starting to think I wish I never brought this watch!

The Garmin Connect Team is continuing to investigate this issue so that it can be resolved. In the meantime we would recommend using the device to set the alarm.

Appears it’s been fixed with today’s update.

The latest update has fixed it for me.
