Missing Settings Menu

in Version 4.1.0.13, the Setting menu is missing for Application, Widgets, Watch faces and data fields. see attached. If you click the line(circled), you can enter the menu.
I think this is a cross platform issue too.

I tried Uninstall/reinstall of the app but no luck. ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1275133.jpg

It looks like everyone has the same problem. I have users of my watch face complaining that they can't change the settings.

The setting for Watch Faces I found it doing a double tap over the line below the description

Confirmed, 4.1.1.2 has the same issue.
Garmin, is this bug going to be corrected?
