msg_lactate_threshold_help

Hi there,

Please find a screenshot attached of a screen I get on my iOS 11 Garmin Connect app when going into Lactate Threshold help: Performance > Lactate Threshold > Help.

It would be nice to have the formatted message there. I do like those Help screen a lot!
