Set Sleep Window Time Not Working

My sleep window time on Garmin Connect has automatically switched back to 10:30pm (which has resulted in sleep data not being recorded several times as I take the watch off around that time to shower). I have tried switching it back to 11:30 but it will not let me. When I try to change the hour to 11 it rolls back to 10 (and if I try to purposefully chose 10, it scrolls back to 9. I can't get it to stay at any time in the 11pm range because if I try to select 12 to have it scroll back to 11, it changes it to 11am!). If I try to change the minutes - the hours start to scroll back too. I have temporarily seemed to have select 12 as my normal bed time. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a way to fix it? (I was able to change the time on Garmin Express on my laptop but can't get that time to sync with the app).

    I'm having the same issue as SRGSLP. Also, I've noticed that the sleep data is no longer syncing or showing on the My Day screen.
  • I had same issues yesterday but it appears to be working this am. I believe it was related to the time change off daylight savings time.
  • Try setting the time to one hour PAST what you want to set it to.

    It seems to be scrolling back one hour no mater what.

    Setting it one hour past what I want it set to works - for everything except 11pm. When you switch it to 12 it automatically changes it from pm to am and then rolls it back to 11. I have set it to 12 for now (since half the time I am still awake then anyway) but its an odd glitch. Glad to know its not just me.

    The issue seems to be resolved. Must have been some glitch related to daylight savings time.
