How do I delete Connect IQ apps?

I've downloaded some watch faces and widgets into Garmin Connect Mobile that I don't intend to use any longer. I've removed them from my watch.

How can I remove them from the "Not Installed" section of the "Watch Faces" (for example) screen in the Coneect Mobile app?

You can't, as far as I'm aware. All you can do is ensure they're not on your watch and not taking up the device's precious memory, never mind the clutter in the app reminding you of choices you regret.
