Since last upgrade, no longer can view a split screen in device. I’ve powered down the device. Turned iPhone 7plus off, back on, hard reset, updated IOS. Garmin get it together please. The last couple of upgrades have me looking at other trackers. I’ve had more issues with this one in the year and 1/2 that I’ve opened it. Garmin did send a refurbished one while still under warranty, but the problems keep mounting. Not sure it’s worth it to have except its waterproof, and I swim a lot.
Apparently the solution is to make the change online at https://connect.garmin.com rather than in the app.
In Device Settings, I changed the "Normal Use" visible screens to Time, Date, Steps, Step Goal; Default Screen = Last Displayed; Screen Mode = Split Screen. Then I saved those settings online, and synced my Vivofit 3. Worked for me.
