Alarms Get Wiped During Sync

Alarms set on my Fenix 5 Sapphire gets wiped everytime I performed a sync. This just isn't right as it is causing plenty of inconveniences having to setup my alarms again after each sync. I don't have this issue initially but after setting up Garmin Connect on some settings which I couldn't exactly recall, this strange behaviour starts to happen.
  • Are you setting up the alarms on your WATCH or in the Garmin Connect Mobile app? I used to have this problem, but only if I set the alarms on my watch. Once I set them in the Garmin Connect mobile app, they persist and are not wiped out.

    I set it up on my watch. I don't want to set up my alarms using garmin connect as it's not as convenient compared to changing the alarms on my watch. There are times when I don't have to wake up that early and sometimes there can be no consistency on my waking time. Hence, I prefer the convenience of setting it on the fly using my watch. Using Garmin Connect for this everytime will create more inconvenience as I still have to go deep into the Garmin menus on my phone to have it set up. I believe Garmin should have the capacity to resolve this seemingly small inconvenience for their users.
