Sync problem

iphone 6 Plus running 0S 10. Have not been able to sync with mobile app since the Oct update to the app. Still able to sync via garmin express on my iMac at home

    Same here:
    both an iPhone SE with iOS 10 And an iPhone 5S with iOS 11.0.2
    garmin connect version 3.22.2.8 has broken syncing and pairing of a vivofit 3
    please resolve this ASAP!
    The previous version 3.22.1 was working perfectly.

    same here. two vivofit 3 stopped working with latest version of GCM

    Same problem. Syncing does not work with the October update. Tried to sync to an old phone with previous version of the app. Syncing went fine. Clearly the problem is the October update of the app. Garmin needs to come up with a New update of the app ASAP! My device is Vivofit3.

    I have the Vivoactive HR and some syncing occurs, but most data does not appear on the iOS Connect App. When will the be fixed? It pushes to iPhone Health App

    Same here, with Fr235 and last version of Garmin Connect from October on IOS11.
    the app is not detecting the device.
    Before this update everything worked fine.
  • I have the same problem since the automatic October update. I replaced the battery, assuming that battery power ist to low for Bluetooth (11 month old). But same problem. I hope Garmin rolls back to the previous version, which worked great for me.

    Not even now, after gcm 3.22.3 was released, the watch is not pairing with the iphone.
    Do you experience the same issue?

    The update to GCM today fixed the sync issue fo me.
