I have about 5 devices that I no longer use listed in Garmin Connect Mobile. They are gone from the web version, gone from Garmin Express, but they persist in remaining in the mobile version of Garmin connect. Is there any way to remove these no longer used/wanted devices?
No, they are gone from everywhere, Garmin Connect, Garmin Express, My.Garmin.Com, just they are still in Garmin Connect Mobile, under "Garmin devices". There is no option to remove, only to add the device again. ????
When you open each device, have you tried tapping on the three vertical dots on the top right of the screen? If you do, you get the option to remove the device.
Well, a bit, when I tap on the devices there is no 3 dots in the upper right corner of the screen. This is the screen I'm talking about, it's the one's on the bottom, NOT in the blue, the 2nd upload is what I get when I click on one of the devices.
Okay, update. I finally got the courage to remove and reinstall GCM, and while I did have to re-pair the phone with the watch, everything is there, including the Beta access. What is gone is the troublesome old, non existant devices. Thanks to all who helped!
