Can't connect Edge 1030

I updated to the new version on my iPhone 7 Plus, and tried to connect my new Edge 1030. I can select the Edge 1030 from the list of devices, but then it says, "New Version Available." I can select Upgrade or Cancel. When I select Upgrade, it goes to the App Store and shows the app with the Open button - because I already have the newest version. I click Open... and around we go.

I've tried restarting my phone, and that doesn't resolve it. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, and that doesn't resolve it.

Any suggestions?
