The time of the activity is only 12h format with iOS.
This week i just tried to put my garmin account to the Android smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge) and the time format is correct and it show to 24h format.
You will find 2 photos with the same activity.
I've check ther parameter on my account and there are corrects.
The time is correct and there isn't any differenc just de 12 and 24 format is the problem.
