Issue with starting time when syncing activities

Hello!

When I syncs my FR 735xt to Garmin Connect for iOS, the time of the uploaded activity is wrong (2 hours early than it should). For example: I started a activity at 8:30 am and, when synced after finishing, GC shows 6:30 am.

It only happens in cycling and open waters workout (not when running). In the device it is shown properly, so I think it is and issue of the GC app. I have been looking for some configuration parameter (I'm in Spain, so I am gmt + 1), but I cann't find anything.

Any idea for solving? Is it a known-bug?

    I have been having the same issue. I contacted Garmin support via email, including screen captures of the issue, but have yet to receive even an acknowledgement that there is a problem. After every walk I manually adjust the starting time in the app. Have had same problem with previous Samsung Galaxy S4.
  • There is a setting on Garmin Connect online - https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings where you set the upload time. However, it is apparently for non-GPS activities. Still, it won't do any harm to set it to your current timezone and see if that makes a difference.
    Other than checking that you have the correct timezone set on your device and on the phone, I can't offer any other suggestions.
