Garmin Connect IOS AutoSync Issue

Hello,
I have just bought new mobile phone which is Iphone 7. My old mobile phone was Samsung S5 Mini and it was autosync my activities. After I had finished run, Notification came "Your activity is ready to view".
But Iphone 7 does not autosync. Even run,steps,sleep. I have to open Garmin Connect App, after that sync start. What can I do to solve this problem ? This is annoying.

I should not have to leave app running in background. It is awful solution. It must be like Android.

Be that as it may, that is currently how the app works and something we need to operate within. Feel free to use the forum for feature requests and the ideas email through support for Garmin's consideration
