App Problems with Fenix 5s

Hi all

I got my Fenix 5s today and set up everything. Basically all worked. But after the first bluetooth disconneced the phone registers the watch and even sends the notifications, but the app does not sync the data and shows a grey dot where there should be a green one...

I tried reinstall, reconnect, switch on and off,....no clue what to do.

all software is on the latest version - any hints for me?
