Device still listed in GC Mobile, but not in regular GC

I have a fenix 3 that I no longer own listed in my Garmin Devices in GC Mobile. Does anyone know a way to get rid of it? I have sent Garmin support an e-mail about this but all I hear are <crickets>.

This is a fun one.

Garmin Connect > top right > click on the watch > click on "Device settings" for the fenix 3
Click on the gear at the top right > Remove
Go to https://my.garmin.com/mygarmin/customers/myUnits.htm and remove the fenix 3
Finally, you may need to remove it from Bluetooth settings on your phone and delete the Garmin Connect Mobile app. Before doing so, force quit the GCM app after doing the other deletion steps.

Thanks! I've done everything except the part on the phone, which I'll do in a day or so when I have time to reinstall and re-build the customization I have done to the app.
