I would like using live tracking with my vivosmart HR plus but Garmin connect appli doesn't suggest this option.
is vivosmart HR+ not compatible with live track ?

I don't see anything in the ">‑HR+ product specifications">vívosmart‑HR+ product specifications (cf. product ">‑5">specs for the fēnix‑5) to suggest it supports LiveTrack. If you've after a definitive answer, I doubt you'll find a document or statement published by Garmin explicitly listing all the device models that do not support LiveTrack, so omission from the specs have to be taken to mean out of scope.
That said, one of the Garmin forum moderators who are also Garmin employees may choose to answer your question here, so keep your fingers crossed for confirmation that you don't have access to the feature.
