Wrong time in HR graph

Hello all. I set up my garmin vivosmart hr+ today and found out that the time axis in the heart rate graph (on both IOS app and Garmin connect website) is wrong (by about 3 hours 30 minutes). I have tried the following:
1) Set timezone on display preferences in the settings menu (on the Connect website)
2) Set time manually on the garmin vivosmart hr+
3) Restart the vivosmart hr+, my phone, reinstall the app, etc.
Things are still wrong, and anytime I sync new info it will just add up to the old graph with the wrong time...
Any help is much appreciated.
