Summary screen has the wrong number of activities

Since a couple of days ago, the summary information on Connect has the wrong number of activities. For example, today it shows 1, but I have 3.

If I tap the activities, there are additional activities from MoveIQ - this is normal, but not all my recorded activities are shown. However, if I go in the details for individual activity type, everything is there.

All the time and date information on recorded activities is correct.

Any ideas? I did already try a reinstall.

Edit: Turns out it is not the app - the issue is in Connect, itself.

    What device are you using?

    I never had an issue with my vivosmart hr+, however with my new Fenix 5x I had a similiar issue: I did an activity "walk" with gps on for 9,9km and on the overview screen in Carmin Connect Mobile on iOS it only showed a "Move IQ" detected activity of 9,9km walking. However in the detailes screen the proper recording wirh the GPS data was shown. No double accounting.

    If your problem is with a Fenix 5/s/x as well, maybe it is a bug and will probanly sorted out over time.

    i'm seeing the same thing this morning. My first activity for the days shows up normally but my second does not. It's listed as activity but doesn't show up under number of activites or in the timeline.

  • This started happening to me yesterday and is continuing today. Front page Activities show 1, but the News Feed and the actual Activities show correctly.
  • Not fixed for me and that's with today's app update.

    Main page been showing 1 activity for a couple of days now although most days there are 3 activities.
  • I found a workaround. If you open up each specific activity on the activities page and go back out, they all show up in the "My Activities" on the main screen. That's still screwy that it doesn't work right any longer, though.
  • based on reading this I check what was happening with my main page last night
    I did 2 activities yesterday and only 1 showed on main page for me

    Just to add a voice - the issue started for me about a week ago - first activity logs fine, subsequent activities do not add to the count - I can get to all of the data by tapping into each activity in turn though so it is being logged, and also the data is being set to My Fitness Pal as well.

    has anyone logged a ticket with support to ensure they are aware of this?
  • Seeing this as well but on the Android version of the app. Started two days ago. It only records the first activity of the day. My commute back home and my walk later weren't recorded on the daily activities but are when I look at all activities.
