Can't remove old "Registered to Garmin Connect" devices

I'm now the proud owner of the Forerunner 935 having come from both the Fenix 3HR and Fenix 5. I've removed (not retired) the previous devices in Garmin Connect and Garmin Express so they do not show up in either place, however they all still show in the iOS app (see example below). Selecting the devices in the app only gives me the option to pair them to my phone. Is there any way to remove these devices from my account?

  • There's multiple places to remove the devices and you've found two.

    • Garmin Express
    • Garmin Connect (hamburger menu > click on "Devices")
    • my.garmin.com
    • Sign out and delete the iOS app
    • Make sure none of the devices are paired on the mobile device in Bluetooth settings

Sign out and delete the iOS app after removing the devices from your Garmin Connect account. When you install the app again and then sign in and pair the other devices will no longer be listed.

Sign into connect.garmin.com from a computer and then go to Menu- Devices- Click on device name and then the gear icon at the top right has a delete option. Do this first before you remove the app and reinstall.

This process did it! Thanks for the help.

Apparently the iOS app retains a memory of devices that had previously connected and removing and reinstalling the application is the only fix.
