Good evening. Need some help, I've just purchased a power meter and trying to understand the whole FTP thing and training to power, I did a test with my Garmin 520 said I had an FTP of 290 watts. Which is fine, then I go onto my garmin connect looking under the FTP section and it gives it in W/kg on the graph it's got the arrow in green which I think means ok. But the W/kg just says 2....! Any idea what this means? Also where would I find this section on the garmin connect website, cause I can't seem to find FTP section on the website. Cheers.
