After the latest update to my vivoactive hr+ the alarm shows as active even though I do not have it enabled in my settings. I have tried turning it to the on position, syncing, then turning it back off and re-synching without success. I do not use the alarm function on the tracker.
The initial report on this has most likely been resolved by a software update for the device in question. What Garmin device do you own? Please make sure that you are up to date on the device software by syncing with Garmin Express on your computer.
You may also want to perform a hard reset of the watch. To perform a hard reset, press and hold the power button on your watch. Ignore the "Power Off" question and the assistance alert (if applicable) on your watch, just continue holding the power button pressed down until the screen goes blank. Once this occurs, you may release the button. Allow the watch to sit powered off for a few seconds, then you may power it back on by pressing and releasing the power button.
I try to install older version of app Garmin Connect Mobile and alarm (set from the clock app on Android) can be deactivated with version 4.39. Newer versions => 4.40 can't do it
