Every time I sync my Epix watch with my Garmin Connect (time setting is on auto) then the watch jumps 2 hours forward. If I put the watch on manual time I can fix it but as soon as the time is set to auto it jumps back to 2 hours off. I looked in the Connect app (I have an iPhone 6) and it says the time is taken from the iPhone itself. But my iPhone is set to the correct time. Confused about how to fix this.
So I found out it is not jumping forward 2 hours but back 10!!!
However today AT LAST it seems to have synced up correctly. Seems to have been confused as to time zones previously. My time zone is Hobart Tasmania Australia. Thank you if somebody from Garmin fixed this glitch today.
