Garmin App not working on iphone6

Hi there,

my garmin app is not working on my iphone 6. I have checked my vivoactive and it has the latest version. i have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. my phone also has the latest version. when i input my email address and password it keeps coming up as "network error" or "cannot sign in. try again later". how do i fix this so my watch can sync to it?

  • Lots of good information to work with...not! Check you've got a good connection to the interweb seems to be the best thing to start with. If you've not got wifi, check you are allowing the app to use mobile data.
