Garmin Express doesn't like trying to re-sync a file it has already done once.
To get around this, connect your watch to your computer using the USB cable. In Gamin Connect, click white plus in blue circle and select Import Data. Navigate to folder on watch or drag and drop from Garmin/Activities.
