Installed app, everything set up. Can't search my contacts, don't want to add connections via social media. Not sure if thats the way it is suppose to work. When I enter the name of the second user, I want to add, I see numerous names that I don't even recognize. I must be doing something wrong. Does any one have a step by step of how to add a user to a Garmin Index Scale? I'm thoroughly frustrated with the "add user" setup! If there is such a thing!

Additional Users You can invite up to 15 users to use your Garmin Index™ device using your Garmin Connect™ account. Each invited user must have a Garmin Connect account.
But in my case, invitation coming, but no chance to accept it. I'd like to use Garmin index together with my wife. So, I add Index to my Connect. Made all settings. All fine, it's working with my account properly. So I send invitation to my wife, when she try to accept it, fill all data, and press "done" in her mobile Connect IQ (iOS) received error :
"deviceXms or deviceId cannot be null. Please check device id is valid for passing GEMS verification".
I've tried to reset Index and add it to her first and after to invite myself. No success - get error in same place (I have android) but without any comments. Tried to add user from web page. On click "Done", the button just become gray and no any further movements...

Same here. Bought this because my gf is finally trying to do something with her body, but we are not able to connect her on the scale. Thanks for any advices here from the Garmin team.
My scale can't tell the difference between our 33 pound son and my 123 pound wife. Finally figured out if you tap the scale it changes who the data is assigned to. Hopefully this fixes the issue of having a toddler constantly use the scale and junk out my wife's data on Garmin Connect.
