Challenges not showing up on mobile app

The challenges I have accepted are not all showing up on the mobile application for the iPhone (version 3.13.2.2), however I continue to get notifications when new comments are added. Network connection errors appear when trying to connect to the challenge through the comment notifications. This is frustrating, as I have to login on my computer to see the active challenges. Is there an update that I am missing, or a trick I should be aware of to remedy this issue?

    I am having the same issue - any private challenges from friends only show up on the web interface, and not the app (Garmin Connect) on my phone.  This has been going on for almost 10 days now, ever since there was the Garmin update.  I receive a Network Connection Error message.  I have completed everything on their troubleshooting page.  Hoping someone has found the solution?  Challenges are one of the main reasons I got the watch.

  • Looks like you may have a huge number of Connections (hundreds?), am I right? Create a Group, and share the Actvities and Challenges with them in the Group instead. Keep Connections for close friends and family only.

    Besides fixing the network problems when transferring huge volume of data for all your Connections at once, it will also help protecting you privacy better, not allowing random criminals to connect with you, and watching when you go to run to burgle your home.

    You think I am way cooler than I am. I count 4 connections total, and I actively have challenges with all of them. I’ll try the groups—doesn’t look I can create one on the app. I’ll try the website and report back!

    In that case it is more likely just some temporary problem. Use the website in the meantime, and try later again.

    Same problem, no challenges showing on App, Challenges on web are still there and working fine.

    Intalling the app again didn't solve the problem.

    Any news from garmin

    I hace the same problem and a lot of points earned from badges have been lost. I don’t understand and I really hope I get them back
