Challenges not showing up on mobile app

The challenges I have accepted are not all showing up on the mobile application for the iPhone (version 3.13.2.2), however I continue to get notifications when new comments are added. Network connection errors appear when trying to connect to the challenge through the comment notifications. This is frustrating, as I have to login on my computer to see the active challenges. Is there an update that I am missing, or a trick I should be aware of to remedy this issue?

I'm seeing a lot of these threads being started. Mostly stating the issue is with Garmin Connect Mobile iOS and Garmin Connect Web is functioning without problems. I've pinned this thread to the top…

I have spoke to garmin about this and they are aware of the problem they say they are currently working on it and an update will be sent out as soon as they can solve the problem.

Yes I’ve got the same problem, got the challenges icon but then says no active challenges , they was on earlier but now disappeared

Hi,

There is a problem with the latest IOS Garmin Connect app - it is not possible to create and share challenges. (Tested on a vivoactive 4S and 3)

Challenges still work on the Garmin connect website - but not in the app. They don’t show, and you can’t accept a challenge.

Is anyone else seeing this? We have seen the problem with 3 accounts here.

Does Garmin know of this issue?

Anyone having issues not being able to see your challenges on the app, they were there and have just disappeared? Still show on others apps in the same challenges???

Are you referring to the "Challenges" icon at the bottom of the app?

No, I can see that, but when i open that icon it says I have no active challenges, but I do and can see them online if I sign into Connect on my computer???

I would verify that you're logged in to both Garmin Connect Web and Garmin Connect Mobile with the same account. Or just log out of Garmin Connect Mobile then back in just to sync everything up.

There’s a new update out to the app in the iOS store that’s added the June Challenge badges. Have you updated?
