...figuring out what I have setup wrong?

in my activity recorder with FR630 under each zone shows the from-to heartrate but in my activity recorder with Fenix3 doesn't .

Have you configured the Heart Rate Zones properly in the User Settings ‘tab’ for the fēnix‑3, going there from ≡›Devices in Garmin Connect?

Yes, I have checked them for both devices and they have the same..
