920XT syncing with mobile app, but NOT syncing activities

My 920XT has been working flawlessly for about a year now. Just recently, I noticed that after a sync with the mobile app, steps and sleep data are syncing, however, activities (runs, rides, swims) are not. I am able to sync activities when I connect directly to my laptop through Garmin Express. Why will it syn with one, but not the other?? :confused::confused::confused:
  • Don't know why it's doing it, but try unpairing it from the phone then re-pairing it. You can also try power cycling your 920. What smartphone and OS are you using?

    I"m using iOS (the latest). After syncing through USB, which works, I deleted all previous workouts via the history menu on the watch. The next time I synced with the app via blue tooth, it worked. Don't know whether or not I was just lucky, or this fixed the problem.
