GC doesn't recognize FR 235 has been updated

I'm trying to download from Garmin IQ the dwMaps app for my new FR 235. But IQ keeps telling me I have to update my FR software.

So jump over to a Garmin Express, check for updates and sync again, and it shows my FR is up to date with v. 7.1.

But back on Garmin Connect it still thinks my software is v. 4.7. No matter how often I sync it, it still says in one place (GC) that it's the old version, while in Garmin Express and on the phone itself it's up to date.

I have undocked, turned off, rebooted, etc. and still not fixed. So I still can't install dwMaps, which was the main reason I upgraded to the FR 235 from FR 220.

Thanks for the info. Wow, at least several months old. If it's not fixed from the system end, I wonder if Garmin will replace the device. I've tried those work arounds and none of them have succeeded yet.

Try downloading again today, as it may take some time to work through the system.
This is one I've not seen myself, but I've gotten a number of "Contact Developer" message about it with my apps. If all else fails, contact Garmin Support..

Finally worked

Yesterday around noon I tried again and got a more hopeful note that the server was down. I tried a few hours later and it worked.

Hopefully Garmin gets that bugged worked out once and for all. Thanks for your heads' up.
