I can review Lactate Threshold on my Garmin Fenix 3 HR without issue. I can find it in the web app. When I open Performance Stats on either my iPhone or iPad, the only displayed option is VO2Max. Before connecting my iPad to the internet this morning, I was able to see LT in performance stats, and it was info current following the change based on this morning's run.
I've ensured my apps are updated and have even deleted and re-installed them.
