Mine is crashing too and it's REALLY starting to irritate me!!! I wish the App Store would let you roll back updates because v3.12 was a lot more stable! I open the app and it crashes immediately. I uninstalled/reinstalled and it would let me go as far as signing in and setting everything up but as soon as I select my Vivosmart HR device, it crashes back to the springboard.
Reinstalling does not help, still crashing. :mad: Never did have any problem running the App till the ios version 3.13.
Hope a new update is on the way to resolve this issue...extremely frustrating not being able to open the App. I was just about to go purchase the new VivoSmart HR+ with GPS (now using VivoSmart HR) but having second thought due to the issue.
Garmin, please please resolve this issue soonest! Thank you.
***LATEST UPDATE TODAY - I have this very hour received the very latest new update IOS version 3.13.1 which I have just finished updating to my iPhone...guess what???? Yes, I am still UNABLE to access the Connect Mobile App :mad::mad::mad: I even restarted my iPhone but it is still a no go. Please Garmin Support, give us an update that will let me access my App. Thank you very much***
I'm having exactly the same issue. I tried clean re-installing, clear iphone's cash, restarting and nothing seems to work. The application never opens properly.
Which iOS are you using? I am wondering if it could be an iPhone's software related issue. I'm using iOS 9.2.1 (13D15) on iPhone 5.
Unfortunately the latest update 3.13.1 does not solve the issue. The release notes states "Minor bug fixes and stability updates", but still even after uninstalling and doing a clean install does it crash. :(
