Gamrin Connect App used 1.1GB in 10 days?

Hi,

since 2 or 3 weeks I have a problem with my Gamrin Connect App. It used 1.1 GByte of data during the last 10 days. I had about 10 rides of 1h length during this period of time. And it is uploading the data automatically after I finished a ride. Live tracking is not started as far as I can say.

Device: Garmin 520
Mobile IPhone 6, IOS 10.1.1
Garmin Connect App: AutoUpdate enabled, so always the newest version.

any hint what the problem could be?
