All Apps Saying I Need to Update Software but I am Curent

I recently got a Garmin FR 230 and am trying to install an app from the Connect IQ store. It tells me that a software update is required...but I keep checking and I have the latest software for it. I went to try and download other apps and they all say the same thing. I saw on one of the apps that with a recent update from Garmin none of the 3rd party apps are working. Does anyone know what my problem is or if this is just an issue that Garmin needs to fix?

    This app requires an update of your fenix 3

    Having same issue with new Fenix 3 I picked up today.

    System settings in watch say software version 8.00

    Display : 3.60
    GPS Version: 3.00
    BLE/ANT : 3.60
    WiFi: 2.00 CIQ 1.3.4

    Same problem here. I pick up today and I have exactly the same problem. Is there any solution???
