Import data from iOS Health app

Can I import step data from iOS Health app?
There is no "CONNECT" app in the Health settings menu:
Apps allowed to read data: - None
Does Garmin Connect read data only from its own devices (watch, tracker, etc.)?

Simple answer - Garmin only uses steps from Garmin devices.
