Live Track is not working for many Garmin products

We have been trying to use Live track for the Garmin 820, 735xt, and 230 - no go. Live track is down and has been for a few weeks now.

We can start a live track on the Garmin connect app, the aforementioned devices above acknowledges the live track, however, no GPS data is sent to the folks tracking you.
All they see on the website is a map, no blue dot.

    I have Forerunner 220 and it happens the same to me. Live track is not working (or GPS data is not transferred properly) and I also cannot see the map with the route in the app or PC

    Turn of the device and turn it on. Problem solved
  • I have a similar issue and your advice does not solve it
