Garmin Connect App keeps logging me out

iPhone 6s user running iOS 10, and I noticed that I keep getting logged out of the app whenever I dont look at it for a few hours. This happens regularly and I can't pinpoint whats causing it. Anyone else seeing this behavior. Frustrating!

I have asked Garmin customers services.

he said: delete the apps then download again.

Login again. Then problem solved.

Same here, every time I open the app it asks be to select my device. If I skip past I am still logged in and my device is still connected and synced so not a big deal, but has cost me an hour of goofing…

I've been having this problem for three days, presumably a problem with the iOS update. Please advise a sensible fix.

iPhone XS Max user with iOS 13.3. Keeps logging me out after a few hours of non use, requiring me to re-discover / re-sync my watch. Data is stored, but running records on watch keep resetting. Very annoying. Please sort out Garmin.

Running IOS13.3 on a Iphone 8 and had the problem with garmin connect keep logging me out and not remembering my device (garmin 935) and therefore having to keep adding it as a new device. Annoying!!

Come on Garmin must be a quick fix

Same here. iPhone 11, iOS 13.3. I suspect it started when I updated to version 4.26 of the Garmin Connect app. Please address this Garmin, it is very frustrating having to login and setup every day.

This happens to me on the iphone 5S using Connect V4.26.0.20 but it only happens if my iPhone runs out of power and i restart it.

This happened to me too, but only after the phone ran out of battery...

What is more annoying though is that the weather widget has stopped syncing since the last update.

I am on iPhone 6s 13.3 and Phoenix pro 6X

I have an iPhone XR and logs me out if not used for a few hours and go through the whole set up process again ...any answers on this yet please
