Not syncing

Vivo fit 2 stop syncing. The blue line says syncing then the green bar comes up saying sync complete but then it's blank and I have tried deleting the app and pairing the device - and still nothing ... any suggestions?

    This worked for me

    Try turning Bluetooth off and on again from your watch. This worked for me as I had the same issue after app update. Hope this helps!

    I've tried turning off the Bluetooth and back on a few times, restarted my phone and unpaired/ repaired my vivosmart hr+. None of this has worked. Well, repairing synced my intensity min, but that appears to be all. I don't even get the blue bar to pop up at the bottom to act like it's trying to sync. No ! everywhere either, just the -- or 0 on the snapshots screen. I sent feedback from the app to let them know mine wasn't working. Maybe something will come up soon.
