iOS version 3.11: weight in lbs rather than in kg

Looks like that version 3.11 has a bug: when entering a weight in quick view-weight unit is displayed as "lbs" (and value is converted).
But device setting is "Metric" and e.g. in personal data I can enter weight in Kg as expected.

Same for me. Seems like the bug came with the 3.11 version (3.11.0.25)

Just saw that there is a new update to Garmin Connect and that the notes mention that this has been fixed.
