Connect IQ Store can't communicate with servers

I purchased a Tactix Bravo and setup the app on my iPhone 6 running iOS 10. I've tried for days to download watch faces and have never had any luck. Any time I find a face and hit DOWNLOAD I get a red error message box saying:

"Sorry, the app wasn’t sent to your device because we’re having trouble communicating with our servers. Please try again later."

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I don't see how you merge your accounts (username and mail address) and I've always used the only mail address, not any username.
    I don't know where is the problem!

    I have only a problem with watchfaces (cannot commect to IqStore) but no problem with widgets nor datafields
